15-16mph to Edgewater, 16-18mph further north.

This week, there are three distance options:

30mi r/t to Metropolis Coffee in Edgewater

50mi r/t to Tala in Winnetka (This is the primary ride/distance)

75 mi r/t to Tala in Highwood

Novices are welcome to join the ride to Metropolis, and return home along the lakefront path.

Once we pass Edgewater, rolling speed will pick up a bit.
